The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) on Monday announced that the monthly issue of the Sukuk Al-Salam Islamic securities for the BHD36 million issue, which carries a maturity of 91 days, had been oversubscribed by 302%.
The expected return on the issue, which begins on 26 November 2014 and matures on 25 February 2015, is 0.72%, equivalent to 0.72% for the previous issue. The securities are issued by the CBB on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This is issue No.163 (ISIN BH000W8X4220) of Sukuk Al-Salam securities.
